   This website was written using HTML in Notepad, Microsoft FrontPage 2000-03, and Microsoft Expression Web. It was tested on a Dell computer using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6.0 as well as Opera 9 and Firefox 2 at a screen resolution of 1024x768. It has also been tested on a HP computer using Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7 with a widescreen resolution of 1440x900. It was not tested to comply with any HTML standards, and therefore may contain errors in coding.

   This website uses inline frames for navigation and footers to decrease update time. It attempts to use a minimal amount of images, only in GIF format, for the fastest loading time. It uses a common sans serif font, Verdana, for ease of reading and compatibility across systems. It uses tables for the organisation of content. The tables of this website are not designed to fill the width of the screen; they are set to 90% to accommodate very small screen resolutions.

   This website has a light grey background to be easy on the eyes with bright monitors. It attempts to use a uniform style across all pages, using only select company colours; green, blue, purple, and red. Text is black for ease of reading and links are green for recognition.

   This website is viewed best with a browser text size of "Medium". Please adjust your browser's text size appropriately if some elements of this site appear out of place. This website was not designed to be viewed on mobile devices. Images may be turned off without drastically affecting this website's functionality.
