Pricing here at Anndi Photography is straight-forward and competitive. There are never any hidden costs or fees. As we find it difficult to design packages that suit everyone's individual needs, we offer per unit pricing. The best part is, if you find a photographer who says they'll do the job for less, just show us the ad and we'll match* their prices for you.
*We will match prices of other photography firms that advertise some or all of the same services that we offer, but not photo finishing stores such as London Drugs.
All photo shoots incur a one-time sitting fee of $20 and an hourly rate of $60. There is a one hour minimum charge. The sitting fee and, if a set time period is provided, the hourly rate are due, cash or cheque, up front at the time of your photo shoot. If you request two photographers, you will be paying two sets of hourly rates.
Paying per unit means that for each photo we take during your shoot, you pay $0.10. Once you have viewed the photos taken during the shoot, you may select only your favourites to be burnt onto a CD for an additional $1.50 per image or transferred to your own USB storage device for an additional $1.00 per image. You may purchase a CD of your entire shoot for $80 or have your entire shoot transferred to your USB storage device for $70. Basic retouching is included at no additional cost.
Advanced retouching is at a cost of $40 per image. Please be specific about what you would like to have edited in your photos to find out if it falls under basic or advanced retouching.
Prints of your photos may also be purchased. Print costs vary depending on size and other factors. If you would like prints of some or all of your photos, please let us know during your primary consultation so that we can inform you of the current rates. Prints can be made in a wide variety of sizes, from 2x3 to 24x96 and with options such as matte, glossy, laminate, or dry mount.
Payment for your digital files, CDs, prints, or other products you purchase is due the day that you place your order. We will arrange a secondary consultation after your photo shoot during which time you can review and select photos and products. We will conclude by providing you with a total, and you may pay cash or cheque. Digital files are provided the same day as your order. CDs can also be made same day, or for larger orders, can be mailed out or delivered within two business days. Prints will be delivered within two business days.
For companies that intend to use the photos taken during their shoot in a wider variety of media, such as advertising or the Internet, additional fees may be incurred. Please let us know how you will be using the images during your primary consultation so that we may provide you with a quote for these fees, if necessary. Usage and display of photos on the Internet for any purpose will have fees attached.
For weddings and events that span larger time periods, packages may be available that include a set amount of hours and content. Please inquire about packages prior to arranging your photo shoot. We can also put together packages for real estate shoots that include a set number of interior and exterior photographs.
Photo restoration is when you provide us with an image that you already own that requires repair or retouching. Pricing for this service is done by assessment only. Different levels of damage incur different costs. Please contact us to find out more and to arrange a consultation so that we may provide you with a quote.
If you are interested in any of the photographic services Anndi Photography can offer you, or are curious about other options, please don't hesitate to contact us. All prices are subject to change without notice. Have a lot of products that need photographing? Need to setup a photography contract? No problem. Our prices are by no means set in stone. Feel free to discuss large quantity or contract discounts with us during your consultation.
We do not offer passport or ID photos of any kind, nor can we transfer photos from slides to prints, or vice-versa, or transfer to or from VHS or any other media outside of prints, CDs, and DVDs. Please also note that Anndi Photography is an on-location/small product photography firm only. We do not possess a formal portrait studio or store front and consultations are done at your home or place of business. If you require business or acting headshots, please be aware that if you have an appropriately blank wall on which the photo can be taken, we can provide this service, but we do not offer backdrops of any type for such photos. Also, please note that during your primary consultation, you will be required to sign a release form indicating several legal factors. These include, but are not limited to:
Anndi Photography retains rights to the photos taken during your shoot to be used on our website and in our portfolios for promotional and exemplary purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
You only have the right to use your purchased photos in the manner which is agreed upon during your consultation, and deviating from this usage is in violation of our terms of agreement.
The right to display the photos you purchase on the Internet is at an additional cost, which can be discussed during your consultation.
Replication of photos without consulting Anndi Photography is strongly discouraged and is at your own risk unless otherwise agreed upon.
All photos are invisibly watermarked and digitally traceable.
Any violation of these agreements is subject to legal action.
